Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using My Activity Calendar, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

My Activity Calendar is a free platform that allows athletes to create and share personal activity calendars. The service includes event management, Google Calendar import, GPX route visualization, and public calendar sharing.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. Accounts require email verification before access is granted.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (event data, images, GPX files). By using the service, you grant My Activity Calendar permission to display this content on your public calendar page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit.

Google Calendar Integration

The Google Calendar import feature requires you to authorize read-only access to your Google Calendar. This authorization can be revoked at any time through your Google Account settings. We only access calendar data during the import process and do not continuously sync or monitor your Google Calendar.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for purposes unrelated to the service. You may request account deletion at any time.

Limitation of Liability

My Activity Calendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from the use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
